Please note, you must complete your booking by 2pm the day before the collection day for your area. Bookings made after this time can't be guaranteed for next day pick up. If you cannot find the item you need removing, please use the enquiry form and we will get back to you with a specific quote.

How To Do It

  • C
    Repeat "B", if necessary, until you've selected everything you want.
NOTE: if you need more than one of the same items collecting you can change the quantity (or remove items) in the shopping cart.

When you're done, tap on "Continue to checkout".

PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING...

  • Items need to be left outside ready for collection by 7am on your scheduled collection day.
  • Items need to be empty for us to collect (e.g - fridge, wardrobe, units, divan bed, etc).
  • Only items that have been booked & paid for will be collected.
  • If we cannot access the booked items on your scheduled day, then a wasted journey fee will be charged, which is £20, with the balance of your booking cost refunded.
  • If you wish to change/cancel a booking, then this needs to be done by 3.30pm on the previous working day of the scheduled collection.
  • If an item that you wish for us to collect is not listed below on our website, then please contact us by email to see if we can collect it: [email protected]
